Return Policy of ALPHA WAVE COMPUTERS

At ALPHA WAVE COMPUTERS, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your experience with us is positive.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@alphawavecomputers.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship Your Item: Please package your item securely. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@alphawavecomputers.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@alphawavecomputers.com with your order number and details about the product condition.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
